About Bike Ride for the Kids
It all started in 2008 when a handful of ARCO employees decided to ride bicycles to the opening Notre Dame football game to raise money for the kids of South Bend. Sixteen years and hundreds of miles later, we are still making an annual trip for the kids. This fall, we will once again leave downtown Chicago to travel along the Lake Michigan bound for South Bend in support of The Kids!
This year's in-person route
This year will again be from Chicago to Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, Indiana like many years past. Stay tuned for more information as registration opens later this summer!

Start: Lake Shore Trail at E Randolph Street, Chicago, IL
- Rider arrival: 5:45am
- Ride start: 6:45am (riders depart)
Finish: Notre Dame Stadium, South Bend, IN
